The story of Wesley Shontz and his brother Collin Shontz is one that breaks the heart.
It was reported that the two brothers was involved in a fatal accident that first claimed the life of XC and track athlete Wesley Shontz , and now his brother Collin Shontz has also passed away ,according to an update posted by their mother on social media.
Reacting to this sad story Kristina Alan : I am not sure how this poor mother is functioning right now. My heart breaks for this family. So many prayers are being sent. Last Friday a tragic accident took the life of XC and track athlete Wesley Shontz. His younger brother Collin was also in the accident, and after exhausting all options, he will now be a Christmas Miracle organ donor, giving hope to others from a pain no family should face. 2 brothers gone far too soon.

Wesley would come to PE class during his recess time sometimes to help me out with the younger students and Collin was always so quiet but super sweet. Their life was way too short but I know they will be watching all of us from Heaven. May God bring you peace and comfort during this time and please know how loved your boys were. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Amy Lauffer reacted by saying : A former student of mine (kindergarten student) recieved his heart 8 years ago , 3 days before Christmas. I keep trying to think of how blessed it was to be on that side of a wonderful honorable, action. I’m so heartbroken to hear and imagine what the families of the boys are going through right now.
